Store pricing terms
These terms are pending legal review. Nothing here goes beyond what the For stores page already says. If anything is unclear, or you want it in writing before you sign up, email us at hello@totesi.com.
What you pay
- For your first six months on Totesi, there is no fee on any order. Not on the first one, not on the thousandth.
- After six months, $2 per completed order with a subtotal over $25.
- Orders of $25 or less are always free to you, before and after the six months.
- The subtotal is the price of the groceries, as you set them. It does not include tax or the delivery fee.
What counts as an order
An order is charged only when it is completed — accepted, picked, packed, and either collected by the customer or handed to the courier. A fully cancelled order is never charged. A fully refunded order is never charged.
No other fees
No monthly fee. No commission on your sales. No setup cost. No charge for the first device. Additional devices are $49 a month. Our service fee is designed to absorb the ordinary card processing cost on a completed order, so your proceeds aren't reduced by it.
No charge to connect your POS either. We publish the documentation and your provider does the rest.
Optional: your own website
A full website on top of your free yourstore.totesi.com storefront is $299 to build and $49 a month to host. It is optional. Nothing about your Totesi storefront depends on it.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is paid by the customer, not by you. They'll see the exact delivery fee before they pay. It depends on how far the store is from them.
Your money
Payment for an order goes to your account. We never hold it.
Leaving
Either of us can end this with 30 days' written notice. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Devices come back to us within 15 days.
